Hmm...Let's see. Could it be - Drizzt? OK, the big D isn't my favorite character, but I still thought this was a well written story, violent and bitter. Made me think Anomen and Drizzt might have a very interesting conversation on the topic of fathers.

Now, this is the only line that bugged me a little. Even abused children usually take a long while to really come to hate their parents, if they ever do. But I suppose it depends on how old Drizzt is in your story, and of course he is drow and not human. Just a random thought, really.

Er...that wasn't about Drizzt Drizzt has purple eyes and had a wicked mother, not a wicked father. This was about my character Etoech All dark elves are the same to ya, eh?

Elves mature faster than humans so for being only eight, Etoech is quite intelligent

Etoech's gonna come back and get you with his dragon buddy...beware mean daddio.

Nobody hurts the coolest drow around and gets away with it!

How old is Etoech exactly in this?

And what happened to his momma?

Questions, questions...I talk too much!

*shakes fist* Aww man, you've gotten me hooked on all this drowiness...

Can't wait til' the next bit...

Might take a while to "get him back" though...daddy is pretty powerful...

Etoech is cool? Yeeess!!!! He's so happy about that but I think it's given him a major ego boost *sigh* It always ends like this, doesn't it...?

He's about eight years old but is highly intelligent and quite aware of what goes on around him. He hasn't met Jarlaxle nor Makorias yet, they shall come later though

I don't think that'll stop him. He wears some pretty strong spiked armor so Vierna might get him foot hurt

Eh...Aaliya and the gang aren't around at this time. It'll just be Etoech and his "gang"

It was kind of funny how he acted so much like Zack

He'll come soon enough He likes to play tricks a lot, just like all the other copper dragons, but has some trouble shapeshifting.

I have great patience for some reason But, do not go crazy if the next story leaves some cliff hangers, it will all eventually end soon enough...
