I need to Delora's open heart at the Clerk ward. The guy holding the key wants something to make him forget!!!He suggested me to get some water from river styx. Where can I find em...pls help

First you have to get the mug that will keep everything in it cold (the rune covered Ale-Stein) and then go to the art gallery and go to one of the art things (it's a black thing with "birds" on it something) then you can give it to merriman, and he'll loose his memories
