but at least a snake won't actively hunt you:)...they only bite if you disturb them, becasue even the biggest anaconda and the like can't swallow anyone much larger than a toddler...but a tiger will hunt you, maul you, chew you up and feed you to it's babies:)...i'm all for conserving endangered species, but i don't go that far:))

> my stupid computer crashes regulary, but it is *so* annoying:((

> have you ever seen any episodes of 'bottom'

Oh, 'bottom' is absolutely wonderful! Have you seen the one where they are stuck on the top of a ferris-wheel? That's my favorite! Or the season three ender? the one with the riots and the videotape? LOL...

I'm a big 'bottom'-fan. I even have the three live-shows on tape. There are good things on the horizon for 'bottom' fans, or so I hear. There's a new live-show as well as a brand new series in the works... It is supposedly a spin-off from the third live-show (hooligan's island), where they are stuck on a dessert island...

> or 'the young ones'? they both

> feature rik and ade and are absolutely hilarious:)...the young ones has to

> be one of my favourite series, and it's full of that incredibly violent

> slapstick humour as well:))

Oh, I have those all on tape too! My favorite is the one where that atom-bomb drops from the sealing... Rik, that fake socialist/anarchist, is such a wonderful character. LOL... Loved that bit where he decided to blow up Thatcher and tried to look up her adress in the phone-book!

Or what about that time the guys went on 'university challenge' with Griff Rhys Jones as Bamber (Bambi! :) ) Gascoine... Have you ever seen 'Smith and Jones', btw? Haven't heard from Mel Smith and Griff Rhys Jones for a while, though.

> cool story as well, weyoun, i can just see viccie acting like this:))

Thanks! Viconia is quite the mother hen, isn't she? *grin*

rik is the best:)...love the bit where vivian has a huge gun and is threatening to shoot rik if he doesn't say 'i am a virgin'...or the one where neil is ill, and they put his head in a plastic bag:))))...or when someone parents are coming visit and they have to stop this massive riot and madness end up sining:)...very surrel but very, very funny:)...or 'heavy' even;)

Oh, yeah! When Eddie has stolen the priceless chess pieces and flogged them off until there were only three left!

Remember that wonderful scene where Eddie and Richie came back from looting after the riot in the season three ender and Eddie comes back with "The Duck":

Eddie : Well at least we've got the duck!

Richie : The duck?

Eddie : Yeah. It's made out of plastic!

Richie : What in the name of greek buggery, is the use of a rubber duck?

Eddie : *slowly* I floats... in the bath! Hello...

Richie : But why?

Eddie : It's hollow!

Richie : *sighs* Why the duck?

Eddie : It came free with the telly!

Richie : Eddie, we were looting! Why didn't you get a free telly with the telly?

Eddie : Well it would sink in the bath!!

ROTFL! My favorite scene in the whole series!

> my friends been to see the live shows and she says they're good, but i've

> never been:(

Well they're very, urmmmm, unhibited and, urmmm, raunchy with lots of cussing...(It says 'garanteed to offend' on the back of the video!) And yes they are very, very, very great! :) On the video something went wrong with the choreography of a fight and Ade acidentally jabs a fist in Rik's nose. But Rik acidentally got even with Ade when he acidentally punches him in the, ahum, vitals during act 2!

> rik is the best:)...love the bit where vivian has a huge gun and is

I loved that scene! (And madness, btw.) And then there's the fact Vivyan has a pet hamster... 'Special Patrol Boot!' :) Or Alexi Sayle as the Bulovski's! Or there was that time where Neil needed to join the police and when he comes in, there's a constable that looks like Benito Mussolini (Sayle again!), complete with uniform!

Did you know Neil made a brief return in a BBC commercial for BBC choice? Neil goes to a swami for his eternal wisdom, and after travilling to the high mountains of Tibet, the swami tells him to go "watch tv". Then Neil walks off muttering... "Haven't got a TV... I used it for firewood." :)

> smith and jones were cool too:)...dunno if you ever watched 'absolutely

> fabolous' but there's meant to be a new series of that sometime soon too..

Oh, great! Dawn French rules! Is she still with Lenny Henry, btw? One of my friends told me they had broken up, but everything she says can be taken with a liberal grain of salt, however! :)

> more like a mother bear where vierna is concerned methinks:))

and the complete anarchy the game descends into...with tomato sauce all over the board:)...and 'prawns' instead of 'pawns' :))))

don't actually remember that one but i can just see them doing it...those two are such great actors:)...

> Well they're very, urmmmm, unhibited and, urmmm, raunchy with lots of

well, with bottom i wasn't exactly expecting good clean fun, so i can only imagine the violence and crudity of it:)...but that's what makes it so great:)

> I loved that scene! (And madness, btw.) And then there's the fact Vivyan

wonder if minsc (and boo) are based on vivyan then?...i mean, two crazy people with hamsters:))...also like the scene where for some reason neil's head is thrust up through the ceiling and he ends up sucking up all the dust in the gap between the two floors:))

> Did you know Neil made a brief return in a BBC commercial for BBC choice?

yeah, that was too funny:)neil is one of my fav characters though...i mean that one phrase, 'heavy' just sums him up:))

> Oh, great! Dawn French rules!

don't think dawn french is in ab fab...isn't it just jennifer saunders and joanna lumley?...i look forward to seeing saffy again, and bubbles:)

Is she still with Lenny Henry, btw? One of

i think he had an affair or something, but afaik they're still together...really not sure though...
