I guess this is where I explain the demented and weird story line of my series. It actually all started out as a joke! You see, I had just seen this incredibly funny and witty web comic called "Hello Cthulhu"

http://www.underwhel...date=2002-08-14

in which the creator of the comic, (NOT me, btw) somehow combined the terminally cute "Hello Kitty" character with Cthulhu, the elder god of terror and insanity written in his story, "Call of Cthulhu" and others by H.P. Lovecraft.

At the same time I had discovered the Attic, a place to read fan fiction about Baldur's Gate 2/Throne of Bhaal, a game I dearly love. I had also been getting completely hooked on Laufey and Weyoun stories, in which funny things happen to the Bhaalspawn/Protagonist. So somehow my mind combined fan fiction with "Hello Cthulhu", and I wrote my first submission...in which the Protagonist in my story is called "Hellocthul". She is a sorceress/kensai, who under stress or when she says the magic word, "Chuuuuuu..." becomes a 4 foot tall combination of Hello Kitty, and Cthulhu...called, naturally, "Hello Cthulhu". She is then able to call on her really weird magic powers, and funny and fatal things happen to her enemies. (see attached gif for an idea of what Hello Cthulhu looks like.)

Isn't her mouth tentacles CUTE! And her hair ribbons!

My protagonist is about 5'11" tall, with pale green hair, and honey gold skin, and of course green eyes. She is a sorceress/kensai, which is not a class allowed by the game. You can create a sorceress/kensai using ShadowKeeper, the save game editor for BG2/TOB. She is also a half-elf, but unlike the other half elven protagonists written up in fan fiction, she is half elven, and half...non-human. We find out her full heritage in the course of my stories, but she is revealed to be at least part dryad. She is very powerful already in my stories, capable of casting "adept" level spells. (9th level and higher.)

I originally wrote the first episode just to have fun with some skits and jokes, but as Laufey and Strange Girl warned me, you begin to care for your characters, and your mind begins to write dialog and situations for them. The main tone of my series is she has weird and oddly funny things happen to her, much like in a situation comedy skit. I mostly wrote the series to make jokes and write comedy skits, and this series is meant to be taken in a very light hearted fashion.

Finally, thanks to Leo, I now have a place to store them in. Now I do plan to rewrite most of the episodes as I post them here, since my fiction writing skills have improved since I started. The rewrites will be minor, making them more easier to read, and adding small changes in plot or dialog.

I really hope you enjoy reading my stories as much as I have had writing them.

Thank You for reading them! Have fun!
