This is to remind everyone posting in HK (self and fellow mods included!) that naming or making comments either directly or indirectly about individuals who have not posted to a thread is not permitted. This is one of very few (three) rules of engagement.
Here's the specific RoE statement:
Posts that are clearly insulting or personally directed at or are about others who are not actively participating in the discussion is not allowed regardless of whether the comments are made directly or indirectly in regards to individuals or groups. Violations of this rule will result in the temporary banning of the individual who mentions the non-participating individual.
This means that even if an individual has posted in HK, they may only be mentioned in the specific thread to which they posted. If the person hasn't posted to HK at all, they should not be mentioned at all.
