Easy:
Jan - If I want to write a Jansen Tale, I just start talking to myself about something, and it flows.
Edwin - Evil, egotistical yet in a way good.
Minsc - Usually loveable - although could be portrayed as evil. Not done that yet, haven't seen it either. Could be interesting.
Medium:
Imoen - Easygoing and perpetually optimistic just isn't me. Yet she's a character who just just...right, ya know?
Viconia - Evillly manipulative. Reminds me of certain people. Does have a good side as well.
Keldorn - Big Dad sorta guy. Could be a father figure if he was actually at home. Preachy though.
Khalid - Almost cowardly, but actually very brave. I do have problems writing a believeable stutter.
Yoshimo - I can do rogue. I can do mysterious. But there's something about him I can't do.
Montaron - Gruff, short in many ways of the word. Also 'ye' is a bit of a hardish thing to write. And I can't really imagine halflings with a Scottish accent for some reason.
Xzar - Crazy I can do. Mages flow easily for me as well. He's a bit more complex though.
Korgan - Bloodthirsty warrior who loves drinking. The 2nd bit's the problem.
Sarevok - Ambitious, ruthless. Also with a protective side to him that I tend to see.
Aerie - Whine. Unbelieveably naive. Crazier than Xzar in that respect. If I were to write her, she'd be like Laufey's.
Anomen - Driven, brave and strong. Also with several flaws and a real bad temper. Tries too hard. Little tricky at times.
Drizzt - Other than being a dork, there seems to be nothing to him. Or something like that.
Hard:
Jaheira - Possibly too complex for me. I like her subtleties as a character and her strength of character. Too fond of mothering the PC.
Ha'er Dalis - Crazy, can do. Random, can do. Weird poetry, can't do.
Kagain - Can't see enough to him.
Dynaheir - Can't see enough to her. Agree with Rini's appraisal.
Eldoth - Slimy git. Says it all.
