Heya. We are working on a mod for BG1, one that will add banter and depth of character to the NPCs.

Thank you to all the Attikers who contributed to the BG1NPC mod!
BG1NPC mod was created with the help of Attikers. Weyoun, Merja and Aurelius contributed their inspiration and sense of humour and created the dialogues for Skie and Alora, Edwin and Ajantis and Minsc respectively. Dorotea graciously allowed using one of her stories as a dialogue idea and co-authered the resulted dialogue. Dorotea and Merja helped with technical advice and coding. Theodur provided feedback at the forums.
The Phase I of the mod adds slightly over 850 banters between all BioWARE NPCs and PC into the game and the first three of the personal NPC quests, the rest of which would be included in Phase II of the project along with interjections. Phase III of the projects aims at adding romances for male and female PCs to the game.
- The Phase I of the BG1NPC banter mod needs to be beta-tested prior to open release.
- Phase II and Phase III will require more new writers added to the team and we are always looking for ideas
The mod is build to be compatible with BG1TUTU conversion.
